Established in 1982, we hold over 15 manufacturers service accounts including Sony, Hitachi, Toshiba, Sharp, Bush, LG, Samsung, Philips, JVC, Alba, Sanyo and more.

We work to strict manufacturers codes of practice and are insurer approved repairers we have won many industry including TEQ awards during our 24 years in business. We always use genuine manufacturers parts in all repairs we carry out.

We also have service/repair contracts with most companies in Cumbria so its a good bet if you take your equipment in for repair it will end up in our workshops. We have the latest Hot Air Solder Systems which are E.S.D. safe and make for a perfect soldering job.

The handling of Plasma and LCD TV's can have detrimental effect on the life and reliability of these types of set. Our vehicles and workshops are equipped with vertical storage and repair areas, ensuring that our repairs are carried out to the highest standards therefore ensuring your set will not suffer recurring faults that other companies seem to be experiencing with Plasma TV's.

Ask your repairer if they are an authorised agent of your equipment, if they are not, ask them why not, and if they cannot give a reasonable answer beware. The reason we say this is that manufacturer's have exacting standards which electronic companies who hold service accounts with them have to adhere to. These standards are set by the manufacturer and it's governing bodies for your safety and also to ensure their products remain reliable.
